Our in-house claims processing provides comprehensive automation, peak operational efficiency and enhances customer service. Along with the in-house management process, we offer state-of-the-art programming processes to handle all repricing of medical bills and the most comprehensive nationwide network of professional vendors in cost containment. All disputed claims issues are electronically transmitted and stored in our integrated cost containment system to ensure access to the highest level of medical savings.

As a client of Providence Property & Casualty Insurance Company, you will have easy access to your financial data through our Comp Information Center (CI Center) via the Internet. This tool also allows clients to enter new injuries directly into our Claims System for immediate transmittal and assignment.
